PMC system enables TBI and his partners to manage anonymous and personalized prepaid cards using GUI and/or standard XML web service API. The system functionality covers all the activities regarding prepaid cards:  issuing and distribution, financial and organizational management. Each card that has been contracted and handed to the cardholder, becomes completely functional and:

• It may be loaded and reloaded as many times as necessary with some amount of money in different currencies – EUR, USD, BGN
• The cards may be used both with POS and ATM devices whenever it has enough balance
• Amounts may be transferred between cards of one and the same or of different cardholders
• Each card may be blocked and unblocked whenever necessary
• The card status, card balance and statement are also always available via both GUI and API.
