Consists of the following components:

• eScorm Engine - provides e-content in the SCORM 2004R4 format
• eTest Engine - provides tools for e-testing management
• Event Engine - provides tools for planning and organization of the education process
• ?2Log - provides tools for documentation and logging of the education process

SLF ensures an integration of the above components based on the asynchronous communication approach.
